dalteparin sodium injection drugs work
2022-03-12 14:32:40

Simultaneous application of drugs that have an effect on hemostasis, such as acetylsalicylic acid, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, vitamin K antagonists, and dextran, may enhance the anticoagulant effect of this drug. Drug overdose protamine inhibits the anticoagulant effect caused by sodium daparin. The prolongation of the caused clotting time can be completely counteracted, but the anti-Xa activity is only about 25-50%, and every 1 mg of protamine inhibits the effect of 100 IU of anti-Xa dalteparin sodium. Protamine itself has an inhibitory effect on the initial stage of hemostasis, so it can only be used in emergency situations.
