Product introduction of Italy Parnaparin Sodium
2021-09-02 16:13:48

Italy Parnaparin Sodium can interfere with many aspects of the blood coagulation process, and has anticoagulant effects both inside and outside the body. Its mechanism of action is more complicated, mainly through binding to antithrombin III (AT-III), which enhances the latter's inhibitory effect on activated coagulation factors II, IX, X, XI and XII, and its consequences involve prevention of platelet aggregation and Destroy and hinder the formation of thrombin-activating enzyme, prevent prothrombin from turning into thrombin, inhibit thrombin, thereby preventing fibrinogen from turning into fibrin, thereby exerting an anticoagulant effect.

Italy Parnaparin Sodium

Indications:

1. Prevent thrombosis and embolism, such as deep vein thrombosis, myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, thrombophlebitis and postoperative thrombosis.

2. Treatment of diffuse intravascular coagulation (DIC) caused by various reasons, such as bacterial sepsis, early placental dissection, and DIC caused by malignant tumor cell lysis, except for DIC caused by snakebite. Early application can prevent the consumption of fibrinogen and other clotting factors.

3. Other anticoagulant in vivo and in vitro, such as cardiac catheterization, cardiopulmonary bypass, hemodialysis, etc.

Adverse reactions:

1. Bleeding is the most common, which may occur in any part.

2. Common allergic reactions such as chills, fever, and urticaria.

3. Long-term medication can cause hair loss and transient reversible alopecia, osteoporosis and spontaneous fractures.

4. Local irritation, erythema, mild headache, hematoma, ulcer, etc. can be seen at the injection site. It is more serious after intramuscular injection, so intramuscular injection is not suitable.

5. Transient thrombocytopenia is still seen. Heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT) is caused by the binding of heparin-platelet factor 4 antibody complex to the platelet factor 4 receptor. It can activate platelet aggregation and cause small artery embolism. Although rare, it can be fatal. If HIT occurs, Italy Dalteparin Sodium should be stopped immediately.
